Do I need a technical team to set up Estekip?
No. Estekip is a fully cloud-based (SaaS) platform; there is no need to set up a server, download software or hire an IT team. After creating your account, you can get your clinic ready to use in a short time by entering your branch, service and staff details step by step with guided assistance.
How long does setup typically take?
A single-branch clinic can usually complete the basic configuration (branch, service catalog, staff and roles) the same day. For multi-branch or multi-sector (combo) clinics, our customer success team creates a migration plan and manages the process together with you, depending on the scope of the existing data transfer.
Can I migrate data from my current system?
Yes. We offer Excel/CSV-based import tools for patient records, appointments, invoices and photos. If you are migrating from a different clinic software, our customer success team accompanies you through the data mapping and validation process; we check the migrated data together before going live.
What types of clinics is it suitable for?

How does pricing work?

Which payment methods can I use?
For subscription payments and in-clinic patient collections, credit/debit card (3D Secure) and bank transfer/EFT are supported via Iyzico. Bank transfer payments can be tracked and approved within the system, so your collection process is managed from a single place.
Is there 3D Secure for card payments?
Yes. The Iyzico integration supports 3D Secure verification; this way card payments are taken with an additional security layer.
Can I accept payment by bank transfer/EFT?
Yes. Bank transfer/EFT can be used as a payment method both on the subscription side and for patient collections. Incoming payments are matched with the relevant record, approved and included in your accounting flow.
Is there a monthly commitment, can I cancel?
You can change or request to cancel your subscription anytime from your management panel. Your access is preserved until the end of the current period. The details of plan and contract terms are clarified with you during the sales process.
How does multi-branch affect pricing?
For multi-branch clinics, pricing scales according to branch and user scope. You manage multiple branches under a single account and see reports for all branches from one panel. You can talk to our team for a scope tailored to your needs.
Where can I see my invoices?
You can access your subscription invoices and payment history from your management panel. Patient collections and clinic revenue are tracked separately on the reporting screens.

Can one clinic see another clinic's data?
No. Estekip runs on a multi-tenant architecture and data isolation is ensured both at the application layer and at the database level with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). Every query is filtered by tenant identity; this way your clinic's data is strictly separated from other clinics.
Is my data processed in compliance with KVKK?
Yes. Estekip is designed with KVKK requirements in mind; it supports flows for disclosure, explicit consent and data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability). Health data is treated as special-category personal data and processed with appropriate protections.
Are HIPAA and GDPR compliance ensured?
The platform is designed to work in compliance with international healthcare and data protection frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR) such as access control, audit logging, encryption and data minimization. No. The AI in Estekip assists in operational areas such as lead scoring, pre-answering patient questions, document summarization and decision support. Medical diagnosis and treatment decisions are always the physician's responsibility; the AI is only an informative and supportive tool.
In which processes does the AI make my work easier?
The AI speeds up routine work such as prioritizing incoming requests, quick draft replies to frequently asked patient questions, automating appointment and follow-up communication, and summarizing long documents. This frees your team from operational load and lets them spend more time with patients.
Does the AI support multilingual patient communication?
Yes. In line with the health tourism focus, multilingual content generation and draft replies are supported in patient communication; this makes it easier to communicate with international patients.
Do I have control over the AI outputs?

Is there an e-invoice integration?
Yes. Estekip uses the BirFatura integration for e-invoice/e-Archive processes. When a treatment or service is completed, you can create and send the relevant document through the system and archive it in compliance with regulations.
Can invoices be generated automatically?
Yes. The invoice generation flow can be largely automated based on collection and service records; this reduces manual data entry and the risk of errors.
How are VAT and tax rates managed?
You define the tax rates to be applied by service and sector type in your service catalog. The system applies the relevant rate when generating the invoice; configuration is possible for special cases such as health tourism.
Can I use another e-invoice provider such as Foriba or Logo?
Estekip's e-invoice flow is designed via BirFatura. If you need a different provider, you can contact our team to assess the scope and integration possibilities.
How does billing work in a multi-branch clinic?

What happens to my data if I leave Estekip?
When your subscription ends, a process is provided through which you can export your data. Your data is processed in accordance with the retention and deletion terms defined in the contract; retention obligations required by regulations are also taken into account.
How are health data retention periods managed?
