Scope of service
Estekip is a multi-tenant SaaS platform; it provides ERP, CRM, AI, escrow and logistics services to hair transplant, aesthetic surgery, medical cosmetics and dental clinics. Estekip is an intermediary platform; it is not a medical service provider.
Account security
The user is responsible for the security of their account credentials. 2FA TOTP is mandatory on Pro+ plans. In case of suspicious access, Estekip must be notified immediately.
Prohibited use
- Making a medical diagnosis or treatment (AI modules are a decision support system)
- Attempting unauthorized data access
- Actions threatening system security
- Distribution of illegal content
- Spam or malicious communication
- Copyright infringement
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Iyzico Recurring automatic collection is active. After 3 consecutive failed payments the account is suspended, and after 30 days a hard delete is applied. The escrow transaction commission is per transaction and independent of the subscription.
SLA
Plan-based uptime commitment: Starter 99% · Pro 99.5% · Enterprise 99.9%. In the event of an SLA breach, proportional credits are defined from the annual subscription fee.
Amendments
Estekip reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Significant changes are notified 30 days in advance via email + in-app announcement. You have the right to cancel until they take effect.
